This work is inspired by the invisible (or not so invisible) labour women put into making events special (Christmas, Diwali, Birthdays - you name it) I wanted to emphasise the importance of rest and a sort of 'rest as protest' in snoozing on these domestic responsibilities.
This figure is engaging in ‘rest as protest’, languidly lounging in a prawn cocktail.
2023 works, limited edition of 50. Giclee archival quality print on 320gsm fine art cotton rag paper, signed and editioned.

If something isn’t right or you have a change of heart, you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item. Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange where product is available or a full refund of the item(s) excluding shipping costs. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product.
